We built Hyphae to be the AI layer and proof of contribution for communities: wallets get paid for real work and leave a footprint on the blockchain.
- Work, get paid. Members submit work, an AI scores it against public rules, and each epoch's payouts are committed on-chain. Every wallet claims its own share.
- The mycelium grows. The more you work, the more organic our wallets look: a history of contributions and claims anyone can read on-chain.
- Built into Organic. Hyphae will be mandatory on every coin launched on Organic, with 5% of each community's fees going to MYCEL. It already runs live for the MYCEL community, and any community can set it up, not just Organic-launched tokens.

Hyphae was built solo during Colosseum's online hackathon, 14 Sep to 12 Oct 2026, and tested on MYCEL where everyone could watch.
Four weeks, one builder, four parts submitted: a Solana program for community vaults, epoch roots and one-time claims; a Telegram bot members submit work through; an AI scorer with public rules; and the audit site where every score, allocation and payment can be read. The epoch-2 payout above is what it produced.

Is there a tax? What happened to the liquidity?
No tax. The mint is a plain SPL token with no transfer-fee extension, which you can read on Solscan from the Verify section. Liquidity sits in the Raydium pool linked there; we do not print numbers that change by the minute, so read them live on RugCheck.
Who is behind MYCEL?
One builder, no team of advisors in blazers. The same person built Hyphae solo during the Colosseum hackathon, and the build log is public. The mods and raiders are the colony; they appear on the Network page only when they opt in.
Where do the fees go, and who actually gets paid?
The design routes trading fees to people who do verifiable work for the coin. What has actually paid so far is Hyphae: epoch 2 sent 1.238881509 SOL to four wallets from a founder-funded vault, every claim linked in the ledger above.

No dates. What's next is tagged Live, Building or Planned and never dated. The only countdown on this site is the hackathon results estimate, and it says expected.
